We are a holding company with business interest mainly in US publicly traded companies and in our privately owned real estate holding, which operates in several international markets.  We operate a closely held family fund controlling all aspects of our investment decisions.  We often invest in projects where we can provide value added that serve as a catalyst to significantly increase the value of our investments.

Our mission is to keep growing our holdings at a sustainable rate while minimizing any potential risks.

Investment
approach

We have a value approach to all of our investments, applying thorough analysis and almost always ignoring the crowd.  We invest in great companies with a significant market price discount to their intrinsic values.  These companies must have a long term sustainable competitive advantage, an acceptable growth rate, competent stable management and a business model we fully understand. We buy into businesses, not stocks and our way of minimizing risk is understanding those businesses as well as possible. We do not believe that diversification is an efficient risk management strategy, so we run a very concentrated portfolio.  We fully understand that technology and sustainability are disrupting, at an accelerated rate, even the most historically protected company moats, that is why we created ValTech Capital.
